Ashot Harutyunyan
In spite of having academic education in sculpture, the main inspiration of his artwork is the Soviet industrial iron. Ashot is using this material as he thinks that it has a unique “historical code”. His latest artworks are a combination of an old industrial iron and new stainless still. 1986 Yerevan State Institute of Fine Arts, diploma (diploma work is at Sardarabad's Museum of Ethnography, Armenia).
